Joan Myrtle, born 1927 in West Ham Reg. Dis., was the only child of Percy Stanley and Violet M Restarick. She married John Connelly in Alleghany, Pensylvania in 1946, divorced then married Thomas A Webb in 1963 in Winchester, Virginia.
